Pulse Air and Reverse Air type Baghouse Filters
Ducon supplies pulse-air and reverse air type baghouse filters for industrial and utility applications. Over the years Ducon has provided hundreds of successfully operating installations for a variety of industries, such as: coal, cement, steel, power, furnaces, mining and chemical.
Ducon's Bag Filters are state of the art, high efficiency, modular filters designed to handle gas volumes from several hundred to several thousand cubic feet per minute. All Ducon Bag Filters are custom designed for optimum air-to-cloth ratios, longer bag life and higher particulate removal efficiencies.
Ducon baghouses can handle various types of particulate including: fly ash, glass & ceramic, explosive dust, oil, moisture & sticky particles, copper, alumina, metals, fine powders an fumes.
Selecting an ideal baghouse filter for your facility depends on several critical factors, including dust properties, particle size distribution, airflow requirements & composition, operating temperature & pressure, emission requirements and facility layout. Ducon takes all these factors into considerations when designing a baghouse for its clients. Partnering with Ducon ensures expert system design, high-quality components, and long-term operational support with an installation that will perform satisfactorily and economically for years to come.
